  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together beef broth and the following ingredients: soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, Gochujang sauce, onion powder, and pepper.

  2. Place beef chuck roast into a slow cooker.

  3. Pour sauce over cubed meat.

  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 360 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and remaining beef broth.

  6. Stir cornstarch mixture into the slow cooker.

  7. Cover and cook on high heat for an additional 30 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
