Oknomiyaki
Ingredients
- 0.5 head cabbage
- 3 carrot
- 3 green onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 c flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise

Steps

Remove the core from cabbage, dice or shred, peel and shred carrot using a cheese grater, and slice green onions.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, 1/2 cup water, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil. Whisk until smooth. Add and whisk flour until it forms a thick smooth batter.

Add cabbage, carrot, and green onions to the batter and stir until the vegetables are evenly coated in batter.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add about vegetable mixture and flatten into a pancake about 1/2" to 1" thick. Cook until golden brown, then flip and repeat for the other side.

For the topping, mix sriracha and mayonnaise together in a small bowl.
